This mornings kit unveil was filled with surprises. Two different kit designs - one each for home and away - a mascot who will be named in the coming weeks by the fans and one more player signing. Ottawa Fury FC today announced the signing of midfielder Kenny Caceros, pending international transfer. Caceros, who has already seen time in the NASL with FC Edmonton in 2012 becomes the club's second local signing.

"I couldn't be happier to have the opportunity to play with a club that I have spent most of my career developing in," said Kenny Caceros who was announced during the Fury FC kit unveil event. "Over the past four weeks I have given everything I have in me to earn a spot on this team and I'm thrilled and honoured that I have the opportunity to represent my hometown club."

Caceros, 25, is a 6'0 midfielder that first joined the Fury organization in 2003 in their Youth Academy. After earning a scholarship to Syracuse University where featured in 58 games for the NCAA side, Caceros returned to Ottawa during his summers to play in the PDL for Ottawa. Following a strong NCAA and PDL career, Caceros earned his first professional contract in the CSL where he remained in his hometown featuring for Capital City FC. He would make the jump to the NASL in 2012 signing with former Fury Academy teammate and childhood friend Eddie Edward. He would feature in 24 games in the 2012 NASL season for FC Edmonton, also gaining experience in the Amway Canadian Championship.

"Kenny was offered a trial and made the most of his opportunities during the four weeks of camp," said Fury FC Assistant Coach Martin Nash. "Kenny is a sound technical player and very versatile which is always helpful for any club, but especially an expansion team."

Born in Ottawa, ON, Caceros spent the 2013 season with the Harrisburg City Islanders. On the day that Fury FC announced that he would join the club, it seems almost fitting that his first game as a signed member of the team will come against his alma mater - Syracuse University. With the loan of Zakaria Messoudi from the Montreal Impact on Friday and the signing of Caceros on Saturday, head coach Marc Dos Santos has his 23-man roster set for its inaugural season in the NASL.

The complete 23-man roster is as follows:

Goalkeepers (3): Marcel DeBellis, Chad Bush, Devala Gorrick
