As the guys get ready for their theme match of the season this Sunday, plenty of the players have been active in the community wishing moms an early happy Mother's Day!
Midfielder Jamar Dixon and defender Onua Obasi alongside their friend Sparky surprised local Ottawa soccer mom and coach Veronique Potvin with flowers, gift cards to Crust and Crate and tickets to the match this Sunday!
The guys hung around for a while to chat with the Potvin family about their upcoming soccer matches and their passion for the beautiful game.
Later this week goalkeeper Callum Irving and Charlie Ward decided to call some of our moms on the phone to wish them an early Mother's Day and to remind them about the match this Sunday.
The guys were busy this week as they also appearing on CTV Morning Live's broadcast early Friday night to talk about the match this Sunday.
Don't forget that all Moms get into the match this Sunday for FREE with the purchase of one regular priced ticket.
