This past weekend, Andrae Campbell traveled to Toronto for a family reunion, but the Fury FC defender also made another stop in the GTA.

Naliyah Williams, a 12-year old soccer player with Jamaican heritage, first saw Andrae play versus Toronto FC in the Canadian Championship this spring.  After the match, she and her mom were waiting to meet Andrae and Naliyah told him he was her favourite player.

Ever since then, the Williams Family has traveled from Toronto to Ottawa for almost every home match to see her Andrae play.

So when Andrae headed to her hometown he wanted to surprise her with a special gift. He showed up at her soccer match and presented Naliyah with his jersey from this season.
