TAKE TRANSIT

Your Ottawa Fury FC ticket gets you free service on all OC Transpo routes, from three hours before the game until three hours after the game.

OC Transpo service on Bank Street provides easy connections from downtown.

If you're buying your Ottawa Fury FC ticket at the gate, regular OC Transpo fares apply for travel to the game, so buy your game ticket in advance!  Without a game ticket, standard OC Transpo fares apply and standard payment options are accepted, including PRESTO, tickets, monthly passes and transfers.

Enjoy the game, and remember to keep your game day ticket stub for your return trip on transit.

BIKE & PARK

Fans are encouraged to ride their bikes to get to the game using the scenic multi-use pathways along the Rideau Canal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

On-site bike racks are available for use throughout Lansdowne. For more information on cycling to TD Place at Lansdowne, please visit the City of Ottawa website.

ACCESSIBLE TRANSPORTATION

In accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), TD Place is committed to working to improve access and opportunities for people with accessibility requirements.

In collaboration with OC Transpo, we are pleased to provide accessible transit service on all routes to TD Place:

  • Para Transpo will pick-up and drop-off near Gate 4, a designated Accessible Support Entrance location.
  • Accessible transit service provided by OC Transpo will provide service directly on Bank Street near Gate 1, a designated Accessible Support Entrance location.

We are happy to provide wheelchairs to transport guests that may require assistance to and from their seats upon their arrival at TD Place. A member of our Guest Relations team can meet guests at our Accessible Support Entrance located at Gates 1 or 4 to ensure they receive the appropriate attention.

Please note, due to the limited number of wheelchairs, guests are not able to remain seated in them for the entire event. TD Place does not provide wheelchair rentals. Inquiries concerning accessible seating should be directed to the ticket office at 613-599-FANS (3267) or 1-877-788-FANS (3267).

If you would like to arrange for a wheelchair escort, or to have Guest Relations assist you in getting to your seats, please contact us at least 24 hours prior to your arrival at 1-844-FAN-INFO (326-4636) or by email info@tdplace.ca.

PARKING

TD Place features a state-of-the-art underground parking facility that provides access to the Stadium and Arena at TD Place, the Shops at Lansdowne, and Lansdowne Park.

Our underground parking facility accommodates over 1,000 vehicles and is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

TD Place Parking Facility:

The underground parking garage is accessible from both Bank Street and Queen Elizabeth Driveway.

West Access: Located near the Bank Street and Exhibition Way Intersection.
East Access: Located off of Queen Elizabeth Driveway, south of Fifth Avenue
Parking Height Restrictions: 6ft 9" (2.1 meters)

Parking Rates:

Match Day parking passes can be pre-purchased in advance for $8 online. To pre-purchase parking in advance of the game, please click here.

Ottawa Fury FC fans with pre-purchased parking tickets can access the TD Place parking garage 2 hours before kick off.

Fans also have the ability to pay for parking in the underground garage at any of the automated pay station located in the elevator lobbies throughout the garage. Payment methods include, cash, credit card, debit card and ‘Tap & Go’ is accepted. Credit Card payment is also accepted via the exit gate columns at both the Queen Elizabeth Driveway and Bank Street exits.
